1 good size onion
3 medium potatoes
1/2 small bag of baby carrots
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup uncooked rice
celery salt or 1 diced celery stalk
salt, pepper, paprika
1 can tomato soup
1 can boiling water
Place sliced onion, potatoes and carrots in a greased casserole dish. Then add a thick layer of uncooked hamburger(I usually add some of the tomato soup and garlic powder to the hamburger), then rice and celery. Season each layer with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top with remaining tomato soup and water. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 2 hours.

Miranda's porkchops
Ingredients
- 1 small bottle of Kraft (or other small bottle) salad dressing
I used Sundried tomtato and oregano but many of the vinagrettes would be good
-8-10 thinly sliced pork chops
-half a bag of any frozen mixed vegetables
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in casserole dish or pan
2. Pour veggies(frozen) on top
3. Top with bottle of dressing and bake at 350 F until the pork chops are done. I baked mine 40 minutes but the pork chops were very thin. Thicker ones would need more time.
Serve with rice
Sauce variation:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp ground or fresh grated ginger
- 1 small bottle of Kraft (or other small bottle) salad dressing

Deep Dish Pizza Casserole
Very yummy and fast to make! The more veggies you add, the bulkier and more filling it gets.
1 pound ground beef
1 onion (optional)
1 green or red pepper (optional)
1 can Pilsbury pizza crust
1 15oz can chunky Italian style tomato sauce
6 oz grated mozza
Preheat oven to 425 F. Cook meat and veggies (if using) in medium non-stick skillet over med-high heat until brown, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and return to skillet. Add tomato sauce and cook until heated. While meat cooks, coat a 13x9x2 dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and press into bottom and halfway up sides of baking dish. Line bottom with about 1/3 of the cheese. Top with meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 425F for 12 minutes. Top with rest of cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salad. Make 6 servings.

Tuna Casserole with Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
1 x can of peas (drained but save the pea juice)
1 x can of Tuna
Mix together in casserole dish.
In saucepan, melt 1 tbsp of margarine. Add 1 tbsp of flour and whisk until thick. Add pea juice and then whisk. Add another Tbsp of flour and then 1/2 cup of milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
Once sauce thickens - pour over the peas and tuna mixture.
Biscuits
1/2 cup margarine or shortening
2 cups of flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of milk
mix margarine, flour, baking powder and salt and cut finely.
stir in milk until dough comes together. Kneed 4-5 times and then roll out and cut out.
Lay biscuits over tuna and pea mixture and bake at 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
(my husband doesn't like how the biscuits bake when layed on the tuna and pea mixture so I usually put the biscuits on a baking sheet and then just put the casserole beside it.)
